Legal Recognition & Compliance ✔ Holistic counseling as an Ordained Practitioner is recognized under Washington State law under RCW 18.225. ✔ Life coaching and artistic mentorship are personal development services and do not replace medical or psychological care. ✔ Intellectual property services, including branding and licensing, adhere to copyright and trademark protections WA Codes (- RCW 9.16.005 & RCW 19.77) 2. Payment & Refund Policy ✔ Payments must be made in full before services commence unless otherwise agreed. ✔ Refunds are available within 30 days for eligible services. Digital products, customized branding, and intellectual property consultations are non-refundable. ✔ Payment plans may be available upon request. 3.
